Description

A delicious chili burrito made with a soft flour tortilla and a spicy filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 cup chili
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and have them ready close by.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm your chili until it’s hot, stirring occasionally.
  3. Lightly warm the large flour tortilla on a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until it’s soft and pliable.
  4. Spoon about 1 cup of hot chili onto the center of the tortilla and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Add your 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of diced onions, and 1/4 cup of sliced jalapeños on top.
  6. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up from the bottom.
  7. For an extra cheesy experience, place the wrapped burrito back on the skillet, seam side down for an additional minute.
  8. Cut the burrito in half and serve immediately with additional toppings on the side if desired.
