Description

A refreshing shrimp salsa served with tortilla chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp (diced, peeled and deveined)
  • 1 jalapeño (cored and diced)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sea salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 12 oz tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients. In a medium mixing bowl, add diced shrimp, jalapeño, onion, tomato, and cilantro. Add dry seasonings.
  2. Add lime juice. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
