A delicious beef stir-fry with a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients

- 500 grams beef sirloin (sliced into thin strips)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 150 grams green beans (trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for flavor)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper.
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing the onion, bell pepper, and carrots, and trimming the green beans.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, carrots, and green beans to the skillet, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add the soy sauce, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
