Ingredients

- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and spread the sauce generously over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
