Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
