Description

This delicious peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough is perfect for a quick snack or dessert. It’s easy to make, healthy, and satisfies your sweet tooth!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter – or any nut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt – optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour with the protein powder. Add the salt, if using.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and use a fork or spoon to mix until fully combined into a chunky, thick cookie dough.
  3. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Eat right away or cover and chill.
