- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter – or any nut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt – optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour with the protein powder. Add the salt, if using.
- Add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and use a fork or spoon to mix until fully combined into a chunky, thick cookie dough.
- Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Eat right away or cover and chill.
