A delicious and creamy dessert perfect for keto diets, made with cream cheese and cranberry sauce.

- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Homemade Keto Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 cup monk fruit/allulose
- pinch of salt
- optional: toasted almonds
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream to a cold mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer, until you get stiff peaks.
- Chill in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, add in the cream cheese and whip up.
- Add in the cranberry sauce and sweetener.
- Continue mixing, until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream in 3 additions.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Spoon into serving glasses and top with the optional toasted slivered almonds and serve.

- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for best results.
