Description
Delicious brie and cranberry bites made with puff pastry, perfect for parties or appetizers.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 6 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional drizzle)
- nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 24 equal squares.
- Press each pastry square into the mini muffin cups to form small pastry shells.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
- Add about 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Allow bites to cool for a few minutes before removing from pan.
- Garnish with rosemary and drizzle honey if desired, then serve warm.
Notes
- These bites can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
