Description
Delicious and healthy chocolate chia overnight oats topped with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.
- Add maple syrup and stir again until incorporated.
- Gently fold in half of the sliced strawberries, reserving the rest for topping.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, stir again and serve topped with remaining strawberries and optional chocolate shavings.
Notes
- Adjust the maple syrup according to your taste preference.
- Good for meal prep, as it can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
