Description

Delicious and healthy chocolate chia overnight oats topped with fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add maple syrup and stir again until incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in half of the sliced strawberries, reserving the rest for topping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  5. In the morning, stir again and serve topped with remaining strawberries and optional chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • Adjust the maple syrup according to your taste preference.
  • Good for meal prep, as it can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
