Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Strawberries (Ensure they are completely dry.)
  • 1 package Chocolate Almond Bark (May substitute with chocolate chips, add oil for melting.)
  • 1 package Vanilla Almond Bark (For detailing.)
  • 12 pieces Thin Pretzel Sticks (Select thinner ones.)
  • 12 pieces Mini Marshmallows (Cut in half for turkey thighs.)

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing your strawberries thoroughly under cool water, then gently pat them dry. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate almond bark in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering most of the strawberry. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Attach a half-marshmallow to the base of each dipped strawberry and insert a pretzel stick into the marshmallow.
  5. Melt the vanilla almond bark and use it to add details on the pretzel stick tips.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set, then serve.
