Whipped Honey

Description

A fluffy and spiced whipped honey that’s perfect for spreading.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the honey to the bowl of your stand mixer with the whisk attachment. Turn the stand mixer onto the highest setting and let it whip for at least 20 minutes. The longer you let it whip, the fluffier it gets. I usually let mine go for 25 minutes.
  2. Once it’s super fluffy and light in color, add the spices and whip again for another minute or so. You can taste it and adjust the spices as you’d like (more vanilla, cinnamon, etc).
  3. Carefully pour the whipped honey into whatever container you’re storing it in. Enjoy!
