Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
