Description

Ingredients

  • 6 Tortillas (homemade, Vista brand or fresh, uncooked)
  • 2 Cups Chihuahua Cheese (quesadilla cheese or Mexican cheese blend, shredded)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook each tortilla on each side until just cooked.
  2. Remove the tortillas from the pan, add cheese to one side of each tortilla and top with another tortilla.
  3. Add a little butter to the pan and fry the quesadilla on each side, repeating with each quesadilla.
