Deliciously spicy chicken wings glazed with gochujang and honey, perfect for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish!

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/3 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the glaze.
- Pour two-thirds of the glaze over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Halfway through baking, brush remaining glaze on wings for added flavor.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add more gochujang according to taste.
- These wings can be served as an appetizer or main dish.
