Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. In another clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream until combined, then gently incorporate egg whites for airiness.
  5. Stir in chopped hazelnuts.

Notes
